To exchange an item or get a refund, contact us within 14 days after receiving your order for a refund to be eligible.
We will offer exchanges or refunds if:
...there is a manufacturing problem.
...your item is defective or faulty.
...the product specification (size, color, design) do not correspond with your invoice.
Because our goods are made to order, we do not issue exchanges and refunds if the goods you ordered are as described on the invoice. To ensure satisfaction, please refer to our sizing charts.
There is an exception though: There is a chance that we have your product on hand in our live class merch box. In the event that we do have your desired item on hand, we're happy to exchange it. However, it's worth noting that this is not always possible.
